In 1971, George Killian secured a loan to build his first property with little more than his good word and a trusting relationship with his banker. Half a century later, the scale of Killian Pacific’s projects has grown, but the original values George instilled in the company remain intact.

 

Today, we are owners, developers, and managers of real estate who aim to ignite a positive social impact in our community. We stand for quality over quantity, balancing purpose and profit, and deliberate planning over hasty development. Above all, we continually strive to be thoughtful in everything we do.
