As Development Manager, Adam oversees the design, entitlements, permitting, and construction phases of development.

Adam developed his passion for cities as a child growing up in the Los Angeles area. Upon moving to Portland in 2013 to attend Lewis & Clark College, he became intrigued by the ways in which responsible, sustainable land use and development create positive urban form.

Applying his interest in governance and public policy, during his senior year, he interned at the City of Portland and served as the Student Body President of Lewis & Clark College. After graduating in 2017 with a major in Economics and a minor in Political Science, Adam joined a real estate fintech startup, where he sourced and analyzed new acquisitions and developments for high-net-worth investors.

In his free time, Adam enjoys playing the piano, taking photos in and around the Pacific Northwest, and exploring Portland’s amazing food scene.
