As a first-generation American born and raised in Portland, Daniel brings a unique perspective to his work. When he’s not immersed in the world of real estate, he enjoys indulging in his passion for sports, particularly tennis and golf. Additionally, Daniel takes great pleasure in exploring the vibrant local food scene, constantly seeking out new culinary experiences.

Daniel is a seasoned professional in the commercial real estate industry, currently working as an Asset Management Associate at Killian Pacific. With over seven years of experience, he has honed his skills in various aspects of asset management, including asset-specific, portfolio-wide, and all investment-related matters across all asset types. Prior to Killian, Daniel played a pivotal role in underwriting and acquiring over 50 assets, totaling more than $1 billion in total capitalization.
