Devin often spends her time outside of the office riding hard enduro trails and exploring Portland’s culinary scene.

As the Senior Development Associate, Devin is responsible for the investment-related aspects of the development process and plays a key role in design, entitlement, and construction throughout a project’s lifecycle. She is an active member of NAIOP Oregon and Urban Land Institute (ULI).

With a decade of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Devin specializes in structuring acquisitions and investments across a diverse portfolio, including multi-family, retail, office, and industrial, as well as niche sectors such as self-storage and cannabis facilities. Before joining Killian Pacific, she was negotiating private credit investment opportunities with a focus on real estate lending strategies, while also serving on an impact committee that targeted investments supporting the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.
