Hilary Olson
SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Hilary graduated from the University of Oregon with a B.A. in Architecture. She is an Advisory Council member of Co.Design Collaborative (formerly Design Museum Everywhere) and is an active member of the Portland chapters of Urban Land Institute and NAIOP.
Outside of work, Hilary enjoys spending as much time as possible on her bicycle adventuring around Portland for great food and drink, attending live music and comedy shows, and spending quality time with her partner, Vince, and his two young sons.
Hilary Olson brings more than fifteen years of project management experience to her role as Senior Project Manager at Killian Pacific. Hilary is responsible for the management of complex construction projects and tenant improvements across the Killian Pacific portfolio.
Prior to joining Killian Pacific, Hilary worked at Urban Renaissance Group (URG) for six years and was responsible for the execution and project management of repositioning capital projects, commercial tenant improvements, and capital upgrades. At URG, Hilary oversaw the Portland and Denver markets, serving multiple and diverse properties, ownership groups, and stakeholders. Before her role at URG, Hilary spent seven years at ZRZ Realty Company (Zidell), where she provided project management for ground-up development projects and interim-use activation on their 33-acre waterfront property, as well as asset management and operations oversight for the company’s commercial real estate portfolio.
