He holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Portland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Planning from UC San Diego.

In his free time, he enjoys exploring Portland’s food scene with his wife and kids.

Kevin leads portfolio strategy, with a focus on making smart, values-aligned investment decisions across the company’s diverse portfolio of industrial, office, retail, and multifamily assets. As Director of Portfolio Strategy, he oversees acquisitions and dispositions, long-term portfolio planning and geographic expansion, bringing together rigorous financial analysis and a genuine belief that real estate done well can strengthen communities.

Kevin’s background spans community-minded urban investment and large-scale residential development. He got his start in community development in San Diego, where his focus on neighborhood advocacy and placemaking set the foundation for the work he does today.
