Nathan Scott

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Nate received Bachelor’s and Masters’s degrees in Accounting from Central Washington University. He is a licensed CPA and brings over 9 years of public accounting experience with Moss Adams to the Killian Pacific team. Nate was raised in Southwest Washington and currently lives in Vancouver with his wife, Beckie, and their two sons, Nolan and Bennett.

Nate’s interest in real estate began while in public accounting, where he spent half his time working in the real estate and construction industry. Fascinated by the dynamic and intricate nature of real estate planning and transactions, Nate transitioned into the industry full-time as Killian Pacific’s Controller and later as Chief Financial Officer.

As CFO, Nate leads a talented team to manage the company’s financial reporting and forecasting, risk management, treasury, information technology, and operations. Nate is a member of the firm’s Executive Leadership Team and Investment Committee.

In 2024, Nate was honored as CFO of the Year by the Portland Business Journal, recognized on their prestigious annual Executives of the Year list for his exceptional leadership and financial acumen.
