Ashley is our Senior Development Accountant and works closely with the Development Team to handle accounting matters related to Killian Pacific’s development projects. She is responsible for recording, compiling, and providing accurate information used for financial reporting and aids in ensuring compliance with financial deliverables.

Presently holding a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Eastern Oregon University, Ashely brings nearly a decade of experience in real estate investment and property management to the team. Ashley actively serves in various volunteer leadership roles for the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), a global organization that designates the Certified Management Accountant (CMA) credential and strives to support accounting and finance professionals all over the world.

In addition to her passion for learning and helping others, Ashley enjoys traveling to experience an array of cultures, traditions, and cuisine. On any given day, you may find her on a new hiking trail, trying out a new restaurant, or even putting her culinary skills to the test with a fun, new recipe.
