Brook is a member of the Portfolio Management team. As Asset Manager, he places a high value on the importance of balancing financial returns with social and environmental responsibility. With a diverse background in finance, asset management, and lending, he’s uniquely equipped to manage the risks associated with real estate investments and ensure the continued success of the portfolio.

Prior to joining Killian Pacific, Brook served as Senior Business Finance Officer and later, as a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst at Prosper Portland, where he honed his experience in real estate portfolio analysis, asset management, and underwriting. He also worked at Micro Enterprise Services of Oregon (MESO), where he provided lending and technical assistance services to local, underserved businesses.

In his free time, Brook enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with his family. Camping and hiking in the Pacific Northwest are among their favorite activities. Brook holds a degree in economics from Lewis & Clark College and an MBA from Portland State University.
