As Director of Development, Cassidy is responsible for all aspects of Killian Pacific’s development projects in Oregon and Southwest Washington. His responsibilities include oversight of design and development, securing entitlements and building permits, project scheduling, underwriting, raising capital, and construction management.

Born and raised in Portland, Cassidy grew up working and attending school downtown, where his love of cities and the built environment led him to a career that has spanned construction, architecture, and real estate development. Over that time, he has enjoyed his involvement in the creation of a wide variety of building types, sizes, and uses.

Cassidy received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs from Colorado College and a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech. He enjoys spending time with his family and savoring Oregon’s mountains, rivers, valleys, and beaches.
