As the Senior Development Associate, Devin is responsible for the investment-related aspects of the development process and collaborates with the team on the design, entitlement, permitting, and construction phases of various projects.

Devin has spent nearly 10 years structuring acquisitions and investments within the commercial real estate industry. She has experience with multi-family, retail, office, industrial, mixed-use, and hospitality as well as more niche products such as self-storage and cannabis facilities. Before joining Killian Pacific, she was negotiating private credit investment opportunities with a focus on real estate lending strategies, while also serving on an impact committee that targeted investments supporting the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.

She relocated to the Pacific Northwest in 2018 and enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring Portland’s best F&B spaces.
