As Portfolio Operations Coordinator, Karson is responsible for overseeing lease coordination, workflow processes, financial and ESG reporting, technology systems, and administrative tasks across all assets.

Growing up in Hong Kong, one of the world’s most populous cities, Karson developed an interest in the built environment and its impact on people’s lives. After earning his degree in journalism and communications, he began his career as a journalist, covering the city’s politics, housing market, and urban and transportation policies. His growing interest in real estate led him to a communications specialist role with a developer, where he worked alongside real estate experts and community-driven professionals to create social impact initiatives and sustainability strategies.

In 2019, Karson moved to Portland and enrolled in the Real Estate Development Master’s program at Portland State University, with the goal of gaining foundational knowledge in commercial real estate. Before joining Killian Pacific, he served as an assistant property manager, where he supported the team in managing all aspects of commercial properties in the greater Portland area.

In his free time, Karson enjoys family adventures with his wife and their three children. A passionate sports fan, he loves watching his favorite teams compete on the field.
