Lance Killian

CHAIRMAN

Lance is the Chairman of Killian Pacific, continuing his decades-long commitment to the company as a second-generation owner.

Following more than 25 years of hands-on leadership, he now focuses on strengthening intentional governance structures and supporting the professional leadership team as they guide the company forward. He is a champion of Killian Pacific’s long-term vision of using real estate as a force for good and is dedicated to aligning meaningful impact with sustained business performance.

Lance holds a Bachelor of Arts in Quantitative Economics and International Relations from Stanford University, where he also played soccer and was a member of the SAE fraternity. Born and raised in Vancouver, Washington, he now resides in Portland with his wife and has three children.
