Michi Slick
PRINCIPAL
Before moving to Portland, Michi spent eight years with a global real estate investment manager, developer, and operator in New York, Washington, D.C., and Shanghai, and several years prior with architecture firms in New York and Los Angeles. Michi received a B.A. in Architecture from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Born and raised in Seattle, Michi is thrilled to be back in the Pacific Northwest with her family.
Michi’s passion for tackling complex challenges and uncovering opportunities at the margins drives her leadership of the firm’s acquisitions and development efforts, as well as her contributions to the Leadership Team and Investment Committee. She serves on the board of Greater Portland Inc., the City of Vancouver’s City Center Redevelopment Authority, Oregon Smart Growth’s Policy Committee, ULI Oregon’s Advisory Committee, and ULI America’s Small Scale Development Product Council. She is an Adjunct Professor of Development with Portland State University’s Master of Science in Real Estate program.
