Chelsea
Rooklyn
Brand & Impact Manager
Chelsea works within the Social Impact team to create, cultivate, and activate spaces and experiences that connect meaningfully to Killian Pacific’s values. Chelsea believes intentional development can act as a conduit for community, and she’s passionately focused on advancing a sense of purpose and place in the cities we live in.
Chelsea graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development & Sustainable Urban Development and a minor in Art. A self-proclaimed Jane of All Trades, Chelsea thrives on new challenges, creative problem-solving, and stepping up her Halloween costume game each year.
In her role at Killian Pacific, she collaborates with the greater team to articulate consistent and authentic messaging across our portfolio and oversees community involvement, brand engagement, and nonprofit partnerships. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Willamette Light Brigade, a non-profit organization best known for its signature program, the Portland Winter Light Festival, which illuminates the city with dazzling light art and installations each year.
When off the clock, she can be found traveling, getting outdoors, baking everything on the Great British Baking Show, and spending time with her husband, Miles, two young children, and four-legged friend, Maurice.
